Veegame presents English product explanations, buying guides and purchase controls for selected digital game and live-app products. Informational pages are static. Current prices, currencies, account requests and orders use the configured secure order API.
These terms explain the Veegame purchase flow. Review them, our refund information and the merchant details shown during payment before authorising a transaction.
Product, destination and eligibility
Read the selected pack label and required account fields. Enter accurate recipient details and use an account you are authorised to recharge. Match the game edition, app, server and pack region to the intended destination.
A payment method, display currency or valid-looking ID does not independently establish region or platform compatibility. This form does not perform account-ownership verification or a nickname lookup.
Price review and order creation
Product controls show the current item amount. Checkout shows available methods, any payment fee and the full total in the selected charge currency. The values are refreshed before creation; if they change, review the updated quote.
The processing service decides acceptance and the final order charge. Checkout accepts an order email without a separate signup step. The service may create an account and return a signed-in session. Existing-account access remains subject to its checks; private order records require a session. By submitting checkout, you accept this account flow. Login can also create a new account with the password you entered when the service reports that none exists. Do not submit another purchase when the first submission result is unclear until you have checked the order list.
Payment and digital delivery
Payment is authorised with the selected provider. A return to this website is not payment or delivery confirmation. Follow the original authenticated merchant order.
The selected products use account top-up rather than physical shipment. Delivery timing can vary with the product, payment verification and service processing. No universal delivery time is stated here.
Order problems
Save the order reference and original payment evidence. Ask Veegame support to review missing delivery, an incorrect item or a duplicate charge. See refund and order-problem information for what to include in your support request.
This guidance does not exclude applicable statutory consumer rights or promise an automatic reversal of currency delivered to an account.
