Choose the case your evidence supports

Start with the timeline rather than the present balance. Did you observe the ordered Gold arrive? Did the balance later change? Was there gift, item or other spending between the observations? A current screenshot alone does not answer those questions.

Blood Strike's published December 2024 notice discusses both unauthorized purchases and deductions associated with refunds. It also describes consequences when a refund-related balance is negative. Those rules explain why a later adjustment is possible; they do not diagnose the cause of any individual account's change.

If you never recorded delivery, describe it as unconfirmed rather than claiming a proven later deduction. Accurate uncertainty helps the right party investigate the right event.

Observed casePrimary questionEvidence to preserve
No observed deliveryWas the original order paid and fulfilled for the right account?Order, payment record, destination and balance observations
Observed delivery, then lower balanceWhat events occurred between the two observations?Delivery evidence, spending history and later balance
Publisher notice or restrictionWhat action does the notice identify?Exact message, case reference and related order records
Incomplete historyWhat can be confirmed without guessing?Known timestamps and a clear statement of missing evidence

Case one: the order has no confirmed delivery

Compare the intended destination with the account recorded in the merchant order. Confirm the package's exact Gold amount and any conditional bonus separately. Then compare the payment provider's state with the merchant's order state.

Ask the merchant to check payment matching, submitted recipient and fulfillment evidence. A payment receipt alone does not prove that Gold reached the account, and a merchant's “completed” label needs its own definition.

Use a specific report: “Order [reference] promised [item and quantity] for [destination]. The payment record shows [state], [amount and currency], at [time]. I have not observed delivery on the intended account as of [time]. Please confirm the payment and fulfillment record.”

Do not create another order to force the first one to complete. Two orders introduce two delivery promises and can obscure the original investigation.

03

Case two: delivery was observed, then the balance changed

Preserve the observation that showed delivery and the later observation that showed a lower balance. Record all known purchases and spending between those times. If you do not have a complete history, identify the gap rather than subtracting two numbers and calling the difference a penalty.

Save any message from the game or publisher exactly as received, including its date and reference. An official explanation is stronger evidence about an account adjustment than a seller's guess.

Ask the merchant for the original order's supply and fulfillment records. Ask the publisher through its official support route about a relevant account notice or balance action. A merchant can investigate its transaction; it cannot independently promise to reverse a publisher restriction.

Use a different report from the missing-delivery case: “I observed [balance/item] at [time] after order [reference]. At [later time], I observed [state]. Known activity between those times was [activity]. The attached notice says [summary]. Please identify the relevant transaction or adjustment.”

Build one bundle for both conversations

Keep a single private folder containing the accepted product description, order and payment references, destination context, balance observations and official notices. Add an index that names what each file shows.

Include the time zone beside each event. A payment date and an account-change date can span different local calendar days without being contradictory. Preserve the original display and explain its context.

Share redacted copies through verified support channels. Keep the identifiers necessary to trace the relevant order visible, while hiding passwords, recovery credentials, complete card numbers and unrelated personal records.

  • Exact product and promised quantity.
  • Merchant order reference and payment-provider reference.
  • Submitted destination and account being observed.
  • Evidence of delivery, if available.
  • Later balance state, known spending and any publisher message.
  • Existing merchant and publisher case references.

Avoid fixes based on an unverified explanation

Do not assume that every balance drop is a refund action, every absent item is a penalty or every negative value can be resolved by a fresh purchase. Ask what the account and transaction records actually show.

If someone promises to remove a ban for a fee, treat that promise as a separate claim needing verification through the publisher. Do not share login access to let an unknown party “inspect” the account.

Describe any refund or payment dispute truthfully and retain its record. This guide offers no method to evade publisher checks and no guarantee of restoration. Its purpose is to make a real investigation possible without adding more unexplained transactions.

Keep the original offer group in your investigation bundle. The Blood Strike region worksheet explains why a similarly named pack in another group, or a different payment currency, is not a diagnostic replacement for that order.

Blood Strike regional Gold packs must match the actual account: Global or Middle East is a different fact from billing in USD or AED. For unconfirmed delivery, retain order, payment, recipient and first balance-check evidence. If delivery was observed and the balance later fell, retain arrival and later states, intervening activity and any publisher notice; do not infer the cause.
Region is not currency. Evidence is not a guess. An unconfirmed delivery and a later balance reduction need different evidence. Record the actual timeline, distinguish account pack region from payment currency, and avoid assuming the cause of a balance change. View full-size diagram ↗

The publisher notice supports the possible consequences of unauthorized top-ups. The two-case timeline distinguishes observations; it cannot diagnose why a particular balance changed.
