Where can I check my Diamond balance?
Likee’s official recharge FAQ directs users to Me, then wallet. Use the intended Likee account and compare its named Diamond balance with your order record.
How do I report missing Diamonds in Likee?
Likee’s official FAQ gives Me → Help and Feedback → Feedback for app-side questions. A merchant order or payment-matching question also needs that merchant’s support and original order reference.
Do I receive a code to redeem?
The Diamond packs currently offered here use account top-up delivery and request your Likee ID. They are not presented as gift-code products.
Do Diamonds mean I have purchased a VIP subscription?
A Diamond quantity does not by itself establish a VIP subscription or another benefit. Check an offer’s stated inclusions and terms separately.
Can I pay in a different currency?
Select a preferred currency in the header. Available methods and the final converted amount are checked at checkout; the currency alone does not establish account-region compatibility.
Why should I check the existing balance?
Knowing the balance already available can help you buy only the amount needed for your intended spending. It does not change the order’s refund conditions.
